Artwork

We prefer to work directly from digital art.  We can accept most picture formats including artwork generated in Adobe Photoshop.  General picture formats include: .jpegs or .jpg suffixes, bitmaps or .bmp suffixes and gifs or .gif suffixes, etc.  If you do not have your logo in digital form (on a disk), you should scan a letterhead or business card and e-mail us the scanned image.  We do have the ability to perform scanning on your behalf.  If you need further assistance please call us at 770.926.1629.   For a thorough list of stock embroidery designs, please click here to visit our friends at Dakota Collectibles and choose from their large assortment of stock designs for your embroidery project...   You can also visit Great Notion's website for more stock embroidery files.  Please click here to visit their site...   ***When implementing stock designs from either of these two above sources, please keep in mind that both websites offer an ample allotment of designs at various prices.  Campus will purchase said image on your behalf and incorporate the price of the stock design into your order***

Size Parameters

Lettering must be at least 1/4" high.  A typical left chest design is 3 - 4" wide.  Designs embroidered on hats can be no more than 2 1/4" high.  Once we recieve your logo, we will call you with any specific questions regarding the application.

Colors

Please indicate the colors used in the logo with your order.  Specific colors can look slightly different on various computers.  Our in-house art department can help out significantly in rare situations where we must match colors or troubleshoot.  Please rely on this assistance!

Screen Printing vs. Embroidery

There are a few subtle differences in logo requirements depending on the application used to perform your project.  With screen printing applications we require the highest resolution image or logo (minimum of 300dpi) in an .eps or .cdr (Corel Draw Application) format.  This is to avoid extra time and or charges, but mainly for our art department to manipulate a lessor quality image into the highest possible for actual production.  Adhering to this format will enable us to produce the highest quality logo on the garment of your choosing.   From a simple set of script initials to a complex corporate logo, we have the ability to embroider either to the garment you select.  All that we require is your choice of font (for script applications) or your company logo in practically any format.   ***Both instances require a minimum of 7 - 10 days for our production staff to complete your order.  Please allow more time for higher volume orders and be certain to contact us for special time-restricted orders.  In the event your project requires a shorter turn-around, please discuss these special requests with a member of our staff or your sales representative.
